All use of BookLetters is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Any use of our Web pages, Widgets, RSS feeds, or e-newsletters constitutes User's agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions.

All programs, internet services, and information provided by BookLetters LLC is owned by or licensed to BookLetters LLC. BookLetters LLC and its licensors retain all proprietary rights. BookLetters LLC grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to BookLetters solely to use in the course of its business through the subscription period or until terminated.

Patron e-mail addresses provided by User or accumulated by BookLetters LLC for User, shall remain the sole property of User (see privacy policy). BookLetters LLC has the right to use all other material entered into these Web pages in any other BookLetters application.

Except for making limited photocopies of BookLetters information on an ad hoc basis in the normal course of daily activity, or electronically displaying BookLetters information as created by tools contained in the BookLetters TookKit, BookLetters information may not be reproduced, transmitted, displayed, or distributed without permission BookLetters LLC.

BookLetters LLC makes no guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or results obtained from accessing and using the BookLetters Information or the performance of the BookLetters services. Neither BookLetters LLC nor licensors shall be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in BookLetters information or services or for any damages resulting therefrom. BookLetters LLC and User shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT at any time.

Users entering materials on any of these Web pages are responsible for the content of that material. BookLetters LLC has no responsibility for messages or information posted by users, or for the content from third-parties on the Internet, even if accessed through BookLetters pages. BookLetters LLC retains the right, in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any third-party material which BookLetters LLC deems to be illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

Users may, through hypertext or other computer links, gain access to other sites on the Internet which are not part of BookLetters LLC Web pages. BookLetters LLC assumes no responsibility for any material accessed outside of BookLetters LLC Web pages. User agrees to indemnify BookLetters LLC from any damages, losses, costs or expenses which BookLetters LLC, their respective employees and authorized representatives may incur as a result of material entered into these Web pages by User.

The relationship between BookLetters LLC and User is that of Service Provider and licensee. Neither party may act as agent or on behalf of the other, or enter into a binding commitment for the other.
