All use of BookLetters is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Any use of such Web pages or e-mail newsletters constitutes the user's agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions.

All programs, internet services, and information provided by BookLetters LLC is owned by or licensed to BookLetters LLC. BookLetters LLC and its licensors retain all proprietary rights. BookLetters LLC grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to BookLetters solely to use in the course of its business though the Subscription period or until terminated.

Patron e-mail addresses provided by the User or accumulated by BookLetters LLC for User, shall remain the sole property of User (see privacy policy). BookLetters LLC has the right to use all other material entered into these Web pages in any other BookLetters Application.

Except for making limited photo copies of BookLetters Information on an ad hoc basis in the normal course of daily activity, or downloading BookLetters Information using tools contained on the BookLetters TookKit page, BookLetters Information may not be reproduced, transmitted or distributed without BookLetters LLC permission.

BookLetters LLC makes no guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of or results to be obtained from accessing and using the BookLetters Information or the performance of the BookLetters services. BookLetters LLC shall not be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in BookLetters Information or services for any damages resulting there from. In the event either party is dissatisfied with this AGREEMENT or for any other reason, BookLetters or User shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT at any time.

Users entering materials on any of these Web pages are responsible for the content of that material. BookLetters LLC has no responsibility for the content of any messages or information posted by users, or for the content of information of third-parties on the Internet, even if accessed through BookLetters pages. However, BookLetters LLC retains the right, which it may or may not exercise, in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete from the service any third-party material which BookLetters LLC deems to be illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

Users may through hypertext or other computer links; gain access to other sites on the Internet which are not part of BookLetters LLC Web pages. BookLetters LLC assumes no responsibility for any material accessed outside of BookLetters LLC Web pages. The user agrees to indemnify BookLetters LLC from any damages, losses, costs or expenses which BookLetters LLC, their respective employees and authorized representatives may incur as a result of material entered into these Web pages by the user.

The relationship between BookLetters LLC and User is that of Service Provider and Licensee. Neither party may act as agent or on behalf of the other, or to enter into a binding commitment for the other.
